All our bakes are made to order and it is advisable to book with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. We can however fulfill some smaller orders with 1-3 days notice so please do get in touch via phone to discuss this on 07539352103
We can cater for various dietary requirements however all our bakes are made in a small kitchen where eggs, gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya are used. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of allergens. We do however take all necessary steps to ensure cross-contamination.
Collection times are available during opening hours. Please state a time of a collection when ordering so we can ensure that your order is ready for your arrival.
We currently offer delivery for our wedding cakes and large bespoke cake orders over £150.
-Pick up and carry the cake from from the bottom only, never from the top or sides.
-Keep the cake level at all times during refrigeration, transportation and display.
-Place the cake in a flat space of an air-conditioned vehicle away from loose objects. The car boot or foot well recommended. (Not on individuals knees or seats). Drive slowly avoiding and sudden stops or turns.
-If transporting at a later date, ensure the cake has been refrigerated beforehand.
Our single tier and tall cakes have a single set flavour as well as tiered cakes can have a flavour for each tier. Our double stack tall cakes entails you to have a choice of two flavour.
Any changes to a cakes flavour or design must be informed via email email@example.com stating CHANGE TO CAKE ORDER in the subject box for our urgent attention 7 days prior to the date required. Any changes maybe subject to additional charges.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on any order that is confirmed. If you do need to cancel your order for any reason, we require 7 days notice via email firstname.lastname@example.org stating CANCEL ORDER in the subject box for or urgent attention. Your deposit will then be redeemable against any future bookings with us.
Our buttercream cakes are best stored in the fridge until needed and before any additional transportation. Remove the cake from the fridge 1-2 hours prior to serving and serve at room temperature. Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
We always recommend eating our cakes on the day of collection to enjoy them at their best. Cakes are best stored in its box at room temperature or in the fridge on warmer days. Our cakes will keep well for a good 7 days.
